January 2024 - Kayleigh Thomas
Kayleigh is a junior team leader who has taken on the responsibility of running rinc 1 and is doing a great job and has picked it up well. She is a pleasure to work with and gives 100 percent at all times. Kayleigh started off as a bakery operator when she joined Welsh pantry. She was very quiet and shy and didn’t like to speak to people. She has worked hard to overcome her nervousness with the help of all the team and is now running the busiest line in the bakery and doing a great job. She is growing in to the team leader role very well. When we look at slices, we should all think about Kayleigh. She has come out of her shell and is showing passion in her team leader role with continual focus on her waste and performances. Kayleigh is extremely helpful when it comes to trials on line. She is always smiling and composed and appears to take everything in her stride. She also looks out for the welfare of others which is an amazing quality to have in a line leader.
February 2024 - Cristina Ilies
Cristina is now one of the most skilled people that we have in the Bakery. She does not shy away from learning and developing herself within the business, which is great to see. Cristina can now run Quiche Line, Rinc 2 and has also began learning Rinc 1 and Pie Line. She has the right determination and drive to success here and she is an asset to our team in the Bakery.
March 2024 - Jordan Bevan
Jordan is a young lad and his process knowledge is going from strength to strength each week. What I do see with Jordan is that he is always keen to learn different jobs and wants to be involved in breakdowns and how to fix problems. Jordan is definitely the next generation of Welsh pantry staff that will go far in this company if he keeps doing what he's doing. He is a great team leader and leads his team extremely well. Jordan also steps up and runs other lines when needed. He has great communication skills with the team and is doing a fantastic job.
