Employee of the Year 2022

Ali Sammari has been chosen as our Employee of the Year for 2022. Ali started with The Welsh Pantry through an agency as a Factory Operative. He has grown and developed within the business, from progressing to a Line Leader, Team Leader and now Senior Team Leader in the Packing area. Ali always gives 110% effort in all that he does and is on the right path to become a very successful manager. Ali has completed a lot of work on different projects within the packing department and his willingness to learn and pick up new skills is to be admired. He truly is an asset to our business. Thank you for all your hard work and effort over the last 12 months Ali!
