Danial Jones – March winner

Danial is always on the go and helps out where necessary and always ensures that his own job is completed and is supporting the hygiene team with his job knowledge. Daniel has become extremely reliable and is conscious of every detail in his work and is very adaptable to change with swapping roles within the department to step up. Recently he has really stepped up and can be relied on to change shifts at short notice to cover for absence which has made him more flexible.

 

Ali Sammari – April winner

Chris Lane – May winner

 Chris was nominated for his helpfulness, problem solving and positive can-do attitude. He is both a team player and able to work and make decisions individually.

Jim Mitchell – June winner

 Jim is a strong member of the butchery team, Jim is keen to play an active role in training and mentoring is team to continually upskill the members of his team. Jim has a can do attitude, Jim will meet with the management team and share ideas to increase the performance in his area.
